Due to the ongoing situation, I have researched a tremendous amount of information on the COVID-19 virus; from how it is transmitted, to how to protect yourself, and what to do if you are affected. After sifting through it all, here is a list of the most valuable pieces of information that I wanted to share with you. May this knowledge and information provide ease for any anxiety and fear you may have regarding the virus and empower you to handle any situation.
